    • Estimating on all trades

    • Job Cost Analysis for field expenses and cash flow

    • Change Order Estimating and Proposals


    Qualifications:

    • 5-10 years construction management experience in multifamily and commercial renovations

    • Constructions means and methods

    • Plan reading, take-offs, estimating

    • Relationships with local subcontractors a plus

    • Working knowledge of all construction trades


    Skills:

    • Must be able to multi-task, excellent communicator, organized and self-starter

    • Must be able to diagnose and solve problems in the field

    • Must have technical experience

    • MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Project with proficiency

  • Responsibilities:

    • Inspections, Permitting: Conduct inspections and manage permitting processes.

    • Planning, Scheduling, Coordinating: Oversee all phases of construction, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.

    • Review Contract Scopes: Ensure contract scopes are understood and adhered to.

    • RFI’s and Submittals: Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) and Submittals as required.

    • Punchlist: Manage punch list completion to ensure quality standards are met.

    • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the construction process.

    • Change Order Estimating: Estimate change orders accurately and efficiently.

    • Management/Leadership: Lead and manage all onsite staff effectively.

    • Maintain Safe Jobsite: Ensure the jobsite remains safe and compliant with all regulations.

    • Review Monthly Subcontractor Draw Requests: Review and process subcontractor draw requests monthly.

    Qualifications:

    • 5-10 years of construction management experience, specifically in multifamily or commercial renovations.

    • Proficiency in construction means and methods.

    • Strong plan reading skills.

    • Working knowledge of all construction trades.

    Skills:

    • Excellent multitasking abilities and communication skills.

    • Highly organized and proactive problem solver.

    • Technical proficiency is essential.

    • Ability to motivate staff and subcontractors in a professional manner.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.

    • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Load and Unload Building Materials and/or Tools: Assist with loading and unloading materials and tools as needed.

    • Distribute Materials/Tools: Ensure materials and tools are distributed to the correct locations throughout the job site.

    • Clean or Prepare Job Site: Clean and prepare the job site to eliminate possible hazards.

    • Job Site Cleanup: Perform job site cleanup tasks, including hauling, removing trash, and sweeping.

    • Dig Ditches or Trenches: Assist with digging ditches or trenches and back-filling excavations as required.

    • Mix Concrete and/or Plaster: Assist with mixing concrete and/or plaster as necessary.

    • Other Job Site Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.


    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in construction.

    • Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including climbing ladders/scaffolding, crawling, stooping, bending, and moving material up to 50lbs repeatedly.
